'Oshima Brothers Bash' fusion of music and dancing, Oct. 17
Oshima Brothers Bash, a "dynamic unique fusion night of music and dancing," will be held Friday, Oct. 17, from 7:30 - 11:30 p.m., at Rockport Opera House.
Part concert, part DJ’d dance party, Oshima Brothers, the Japanese-Italian alt-pop band from Maine, will kick off the evening with an upbeat set of "smooth harmonies and groovy guitar lines," said Rockport Opera House. "But that’s just the beginning—after the set, they’ll switch gears and DJ a dance party, spinning a mix of retro classics, reggaeton, and groovy jams."
And meet yeemz. yeemz (Yi-Mei Templeman) is a cellist, singer-songwriter, and composer based in Santa Monica, California.
"She blends musical worlds seamlessly, creating music that is intimate yet universal, intricate yet accessible," said the Opera House.
