"As nearly every small business owner will tell you, finding and retaining qualified employees is one of today’s greatest challenges," said the SBA Maine District Office, in a news release.
This webinar will introduce a range of valuable workforce resources available through the Maine Department of Labor Bureau of Rehabilitation Services – Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and show how businesses can successfully use these tools to recruit, train, and support employees.
"Attendees will gain practical strategies and actionable solutions to help meet current and future workforce needs," said the release.
This session is geared towards small business owners, entrepreneurs thinking about hiring options, and resource providers who work with and advise small businesses.
