Kendall Cooper Casting is seeking people who want to appear as extras in a movie in production this summer in the Rockland area. The Ghost Trap is a feature film starring Zak Steiner, written by Kay Stephens and directed by James Khanlarian.

Local casting director Kendall Cooper is seeking people of all ages and types to be extras in the movie: 6 to 17 years old and those aged 18-35 to play festival attendees and party-goers; people in their 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s to play tourists, lobstermen, bar patrons and many other various roles.

Filming will take place from Aug. 22 to Sept. 16 in the local Rockland area. Typically each extra role will work only one or two days. Filming will generally be a 10-plus hour commitment for each day of work. All extra work is paid; local hire only, no travel or housing provided. No prior experience necessary. Apply as soon as possible as filming starts next week.

Fill out all the required information at www.kendallcoopercasting.com/MAINE to be considered for a role as an extra. Be prepared to include two current photos of yourself which clearly show your current hair length/style/facial hair (if applicable), and a current full body photo. No hats, no sunglasses, no masks, no filters. These should not be professional photos. They simply need to be clear photos which accurately show what you look like today.

A member of the Kendall Cooper Casting team will contact you directly if you are selected for a role. Casting will be ongoing throughout the filming schedule. So please keep an eye on your email.

This production is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diverse, inclusive casting. For every role, the company accepts submissions from qualified performers, without regard to disability, race, age, color, national origin, ethnic origin, or any other basis prohibited by law.
