The Busline League continued regular season play for middle school basketball on Friday, Dec. 7 across the Midcoast and several local schools were in action.

7th Grade Boys Basketball: Oceanside 71, Camden-Rockport 37

Oceanside held quarterly advantages of 26-5, 44-10 and 60-17. 

Scoring for Oceanside were Joey Bell (two points), Hunter Shook (nine), Landyn Benner (11), Tagen McCallister (four), Ben (10), Carter Galley (11), Larry Robbins (six) and Nathan Thompson (six). 

Scoring for Camden-Rockport were Owen Reynolds (18 points), Karl Hokkanen (four), Will Duke (six), Alexander Todd (three), August Knause (two) and Miles Murray (four).  

8th Grade Girls Basketball: Oceanside 60, Camden-Rockport 16

Oceanside held quarterly advantages of 18-2, 35-4 and 49-12. 

Scoring for Oceanside were A. Mackie (19 points), A. Hersey (eight), A. Waterman (10), E. Sykes (four), G. van Buskirk (five), B. Stabulis (eight) and S. Hansen (four). 

Scoring for Camden-Rockport were Hannah Christie (two points), Ella Graffam (six), Gab Genthner (two), Molly Hixon (four) and Molly Shook (two).
