Join Rockland Public Library, Thursday, April 30, at 2 p.m., for an afternoon screening of 1930 Best Picture winner, All Quiet on the Western Front.

Based on the 1929 novel by Erich Maria Remarque and directed by Lewis Milestone, the film centers on a group of German schoolchildren who are persuaded to enlist and depicts the horrors they experience as new recruits during World War I.
