Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity March 27 - April 8.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
March 27
Isaac Cummings, 19, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release.
Rowan Locke, 19, of Brooks, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Patterson Hill Road.
March 31
Donald Moore, 58, of Belfast, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release, false attachment of plates, and operating after suspension on Bridge Street.
April 2
Timberly Leathers, 54, of Brooks, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive, stemming from an incident Feb. 27.
April 3
Annnette Moreash-Kennedy, 50, of Cushing, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Belmont Ave, stemming from an incident March 12.
April 4
Benjamin McLaughlin, 41, was arrested for operating after suspension, violating a condition of release, and displaying a fictitious inspection sticker on Swan Lake Ave.
