CatVideoFest 2025, a compilation reel of the latest and best cat videos, will be screened August 10-14, 2025, at the Strand Theatre. The 75-minute-reel of cat videos is family-friendly. Ten percent of ticket proceeds will be donated to Pope Memorial Humane Society, located in Thomaston. 

Videos in the CatVideoFest compilation have been culled from countless hours of unique submissions and sourced animations, music videos, and classic internet powerhouses. Screening events take place all over the world in a host of venues and raise money for cats in need, often through partnerships with local cat charities, animal welfare organizations, and shelters.  

Showtimes, which are also available on the Strand website, are: 

Sunday, Aug. 10, at 3pm and 5:30pm

Tuesday, Aug. 12, at 1pm and 7pm

Thursday, Aug. 14, at 1pm and 7pm 

Tickets are $10/Adults; $8/Seniors, Under 12 and Matinees; and $7/Strand Theatre Members and are available at the walk-up box office 30 minutes prior to showtime.
