Jesse C. Talty, 47, of Portland, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Freedom Nov. 23, 2022, dismissed.
Brian A. Collins, 37, of Searsmont, terrorizing in Belfast May 19, 2023, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Belfast May 14, 2023, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast May 19, 2023, $300 fine.
Lyle Hanson, 36, of Northport, probation violation in Jackson July 23, 2023, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
Richard A. Henry Jr., 62, of Troy, indecent conduct in Troy Aug. 12, 2023, probation partially revoked and continued, no sentence imposed.
Angel Newton, 34, of Liberty, two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Unity Jan. 25, 2024, 10 days in jail and $400 fine for each count.
Kelsey L. Kobik, 38, of Freedom, refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Freedom March 30, 2024, dismissed; operating under the influence in Freedom March 30, 2024, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.
Garret McIntosh Lundborg, 28, of Liberty, domestic violence assault in Montville June 1, 2024, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Montville June 1, 2024, $250 fine.
Clara Stout, 19, of Belmont, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Searsport Oct. 4, dismissed.
Kevin A. Clark, 63, of Belmont, operating under the influence in Belmont Aug. 10, 2024, dismissed.
Stephen P. Cummings Jr., 38, of Bangor, criminal trespass in Palermo Nov. 6, 30 days in jail.
Seth T. Wilbur, 51, of Islesboro, molesting or disturbing lobster gear in Islesboro Nov. 3, dismissed.
Justin M. Wilson, 39, of Princeton, New Jersey, domestic violence terrorizing in Stockton Springs Feb. 1, dismissed.
David J. Pittman, 42, of Owls Head, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Feb. 14, seven months in jail and $400 fine; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Belfast March 15, three years in prison with all but nine months suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast March 15, six months in jail; attaching false plates in Belfast March 15, five days in jail; violating a condition of release in Knox March 19, dismissed; failure to register a vehicle in Knox March 19, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belmont April 7, dismissed; failure to register a vehicle in Belmont April 7, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Morrill May 18, seven months in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Morrill May 18, six months in jail; violating a condition of release in Belmont July 8, dismissed.

Angel Newton, 34, of Liberty, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Jan. 9, $200 fine.
Paul Ford, 34, of Brooks, domestic violence aggravated assault in Brooks March 28, 18 months in prison; criminal threatening in Brooks March 28, 364 days in jail; domestic violence terrorizing in Brooks March 28, 2024, 364 days in jail; domestic violence assault in Brooks March 28, 2024, dismissed.
Lauren Jacobs, 25, of Holden, operating under the influence in Frankfort April 16, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.
Aaron Rowe, 38, of Bangor, operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport Feb. 28, seven days in jail, license suspended for one year, and $600 fine; displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate in Winterport Feb. 28, two days in jail.
Joshua Dyer, 33, of Bangor, violating a condition of release in Frankfort April 16, $200 fine.
Raymond Brown, 23, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast May 5, $150 fine.
Eric A. Kiernan, 49, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast April 3, $150 fine.
Tyler J. Damon, 33, of Stockton Springs, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast July 16, $400 fine.
Alyssa M. Heroux, 37, of Searsport, violating a condition of release in Searsport Aug. 26, 48 hours in jail.
