BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity March 9-21. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Feb. 17 (late entry)
Jean Lahargoue, 35, of Belfast, was issued summonses for violating conditions of release and furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol on Penobscot Terrace.
March 9
Lacey Lawrence, 24, of Belfast, was issued summonses for attaching false plates, violating conditions of release, an inspection sticker violation and failure to provide proof of insurance on Cedar Street.
March 12
Dean E. Willis, 71, of Belfast, was issued a summons for misuse of the emergency 9-1-1 system on Swan Lake Avenue.
March 16
Heidi R. Jackson, 39, of Belfast, was issued a summons for aggravated assault.
Joshua N. Warren, 44, of Liberty, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (150+ days) on Searsport Avenue.
A Swanville minor was issued a summons for operating beyond restrictions on Searsport Avenue.
March 18
Zachary B. Marston, 27, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Route 52.
Eric Gobin, 40, of Searsport, was arrested for operating under the influence, endangering the welfare of a child (two counts) and operating without a license (beyond condition/restriction). He was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and possessing an open alcohol container while operating.
March 19
David L. Bunker, 33, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating after suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle (150+ days) and failure to provide proof of insurance on Lincolnville Avenue.
March 21
Katelyn A. Wallace, 20, of Winterport, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on Lincolnville Avenue.
Michael J. Redding, 29, of Brooks, was arrested for failure to appear.
March 22
Larason E. Guthrie, 55, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence on Union Street.
