Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity July 15-28.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
July 15
Nicholas Goguen, 39, of Waldo, was arrested for refusing to submit to arrest or detention and violating a condition of release on Waldo Ave.
July 20
Bryce Swisher, 28, of Appleton, was issued a summons for furnishing tobacco to a minor on Lions Way.
Lorraine Leach, 40, of Belfast, was issued a summons for furnishing tobacco to a minor on Lions Way.
July 24
Christopher Gordon, 18, of Belfast, was issued a summons for assault on Searsport Ave.
July 25
Kelsey Perkins, 35, of Belfast, was arrested for violation of bail.
