Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Aug. 15-27.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Aug. 15
Thomas Massey, 41, of Camden, was arrested for criminal restraint, operating under the influence, furnishing or allowing consumption of liquor by a prohibited person, and unlawful sexual touching on Front Street.
Aug. 19
Jeremy Holbrook, 26, of Boothbay, was arrested on an affidavit.
Aug. 21
Wendy Macfee, 62, of Belfast, was arrested for unpaid fines.
Aug. 22
Mallory L. Morse, 18, of Belmont, was arrested for operating under the influence on Belmont Ave.
James Salo, 19, of Belfast, was issued summonses for possession of liquor by a minor and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Waterville Road.
Andrea Bishop, 38, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Lincolnville Ave.
Dakota Cooper, 23, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Lincolnville Ave.
Aug. 23
Artem Richter, 24, was arrested for disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Northport Ave.
