Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity July 28 - Aug. 15.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
June 28 (late entry)
Matthew Meyer, 32, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Lincolnville Ave.
July 28
Byrlynne Ellis, 46, was arrested for disorderly conduct and violating a condition of release on High Street.
Aug. 1
Alex Hauk, 40, of Swanville, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on Lincolnville Ave.
Aug. 4
James Francis, 39, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for theft on Belmont Ave, stemming from an incident July 23.
Aug. 5
Tony Bates, 47, of Belfast, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on High Street.
Richard C. Brown Sr., 71, of Belfast, was arrested for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on High Street.
Raymond Brown, 23, was arrested for possession of a scheduled W drug, criminal trespass, and violating a condition of release on High Street.
Aug. 7
Derek S. Hinckley, 41, of Jefferson, was arrested for failure to appear.
Philip Dulude, 56, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Main Street.
Aug. 10
Rebecca Curtis, 32, of Montville, was arrested for failure to appear.
Aug. 13
Jerry Nickerson, 45, of Swanville, was arrested for failure to appear.
