Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported issuing four traffic citations between April 15-21. Of the four traffic infractions, two were issued for inspection sticker violations, and two were issued for speeding. In addition to four traffic infractions, Belfast Police reported one arrest and seven summons, including the following activity.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles age 17-or-younger are not named.
April 13
Jessica T. Brain-Cole, 53, of Old Town, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Congress Street.
April 16
Kasie Corriveau, 35, of Swanville, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive.
April 17
George Tripp, 41, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on High Street.
April 18
Meldon Bates, 56, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on High Street.
Logan Hafford, 22, of Jackson, was arrested for operating under the influence on Marsh Road.
Mariah Hayward, 26, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft on Lincolnville Ave.
April 19
Robert Struba, 70, of Belfast, was issued a summons for having dogs at large on Race Street.
Susan R. Rich, 49, of Monroe, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Lincolnville Ave.
