Art and gift sale fundraiser for Lily Robbins
From August 9 – 16, Mosaic Restaurant in Camden is partnering with local artists and local businesses to raise funds for Lily Robbins. Lily was severely burned and injured in the Robbin's lumber mill fire May 15 while serving as an EMT.
"She remains in serious condition in the burn center at MGH in Boston, where she daily demonstrates her fighting spirit, perseverance, and commitment to life that we all came to know and love when she worked with us at Mosaic," said Hannah and Troy Scott, in a news release.
We are overjoyed by the love and support of artists who, on hearing Lily’s story, donated art work for this cause. Private collectors have also donated art. In addition to the beautiful art, we will offer gift baskets containing health and wellness treatments, local getaways, outdoor explorations, and retail therapy generously provided by over twenty different local establishments.
Mark calendars for the Art and Gift Sale beginning at 11:30 a.m., August 9 and continuing daily until 4 p.m., Sunday, August 16. The art and gifts will be available for viewing and purchase at Mosaic restaurant. Mosaic will be donating a portion of all proceeds from restaurant sales Sunday August 16 to Lily’s Recovery Fund.
"Lily has served our community with generosity, warmth, a ready joke, and a bright smile since we opened," the release said. "Please help us help her by participating in this fundraiser."
