MRC’s Annual Silent Auction has only 2 weeks left before bidding closes! New this year, the silent auction is completely online, visit www.midcoastrec.org for the link to the online auction. Bidding ends Saturday, March 23rd.

Items for the auction have been donated from local businesses all across Midcoast Maine, including the Come Spring Farm in Union, the Camden Opera House in Camden, and Maine Sport Outfitters in Rockport.

With nearly 90 items included, there’s something for everyone in this auction, such as the Maine Day Ventures Walking Tour, the 3-hour dj gig by DJ Johan, or the Midcoast Symphony Orchestra tickets. Check out the amazing pieces from local artists and authors too, including the photo on metal print by Ethan Troester, the hand-carved Green Heron wood carving by Mike McCune, and the trilogy of signed books by Carol Chen. 

At Midcoast Recreation Center we support our local and state-wide communities through healthy living and community-building. We prioritize scholarships, free and affordable gear, and accessible programming for our community. To help us serve more families and keep our programs going for years to come we run multiple fundraising events every year, including our annual silent auction.
