Louisa Stancioff sings at The Underground Lounge, Dec. 5
The Underground Lounge will host Maine native songwriter Louisa Stancioff on Friday, Dec. 5, at 17 Court Street, just under the Basil Burwell Theatre. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and music begins promptly at 7 p.m.
"Louisa Stancioff has become an esteemed local sensation with her catchy indie sound that draws on folk, rock, pop, and her own Balkan heritage," said The Underground, in a news release. "She has the rare ability among songwriters to create deeply personal narratives that somehow resonate with each listener, and to create a groove that’s impossible to ignore."
