Timothy Chickering, 24, of Rockland, furnishing liquor to a minor in Rockland April 1, 2025, dismissed.

Troy Colson, 20, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized use of property in Rockland Sept. 4, 2023, $250 fine all suspended, operating under the influence (alcohol), no test, operating vehicle without license and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop all in Rockland Sept. 4, 2023, all dismissed; driving to endanger in Rockland Sept. 4, 2023, $575 fine.

Eric J. Doughty, 50, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Camden March 29, 2025, $250 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Camden April 12 and April 19, 2025, both guilty.

Matthew Gerrish, 35, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Warren Oct. 9, 2022, dismissed; drinking in public in Warren Oct. 9, 2022, $1,000 fine; criminal mischief in Camden Aug. 3, 2025, $250 fine all suspended; violating condition of release in Camden Aug. 3, 2025, $250 fine all suspended.

Robert S. Harris, 41, of Vinalhaven, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston March 30, 2025, dismissed.

Charles Johnson, 63, of Warren, violating condition of release in Warren Aug. 1, 2025, dismissed.

Kara Kinney, 18, of South Thomaston, assault and criminal threatening both in Rockland March 25, 2025, both dismissed, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Rockland March 25, 2025, $500 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force in Rockland March 25, 2025, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Rockland March 25, 2025, $500 fine.

Jedediah D. Kriegel, 47, of Belfast, violation of watercraft rules in Rockland Aug. 6, 2025, $50 fine.

Charles Libby, 35, of St. George, attaching false plates in Rockland Nov. 12, 2024, $150 fine.

Randall S. Maloney Jr., 40, of Cushing, violation of menhadden requirement, Chapter 41, in Cushing Aug. 18, 2025, $100 fine.

Jason L. Marriner, 57, of Vinalhaven, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Vinalhaven Nov. 22, 2024, $250 fine; failing to make oral or written accident report on Vinalhaven Nov 22, 2024, $250 fine; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on Vinalhaven Nov. 22, 2024, dismissed.

Nashelee R. Monroy, 26, of Rockport, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland March 22, 2025, $500 fine.

Terry Ott, 48, of Union, domestic violence assault in Union Jan. 18, 2025, dismissed; assault in Union Jan. 18, 2025, $300 fine.

Erick Pratt, 62, of Camden, violation of protective order from harassment in Camden June 25, 2025, $200 fine.

Lucas B. Ross, 28, of Owls Head, violating condition of release in South Thomaston Nov. 5, 2025, 48 hours jail.

Kevin J. Secotte, 41, of Thomaston, possessing lobster beyond the maximum or minimum size in St. George March 30, 2025, $1,000 fine.

Anise M. Sinare, 51, of Rockland, theft by receiving stolen property in Rockland July 14, 2022, $250 fine.

Maegen R. Smith, 42, of South Thomaston, operating vehicle without license and operating after registration suspended, both in Owls Head Sept. 9, 2025, both guilty.

Edward F. Tooley, 72, of Hope, operating after registration suspended in Rockland March 31, 2025, $150 fine.

Dennis Coy Wadsworth Jr. 54, of Hope, violating protective order in Washington June 7, 2025 in Washington, 60 days in jail all suspended; violating protective order in Warren July 11, 2025, 364 days in jail all suspended, probation one year.

Kaitlin M. Wallace, 37, of Waldoboro, unlawful trafficking in drugs and possession of drugs in Rockland Oct. 3, 2023, dismissed.

Dustin Williams Jr., 35, of Palmer, Ala., burglary in Friendship Aug. 23, 2024, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release both in Friendship Aug. 23, 2024, both dismissed; criminal trespass in Friendship Aug. 23, 2024, $1 fine.
