CAMDEN  — Camden police reported the following activity from Jan. 1-31. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

Jan. 1

Gideon Baeza, 18, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Sam Butler for furnishing a place for minors to consume/possess alcohol.  

Jan. 4

Marianne Kessel, 51, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by S. Butler for failure to display current inspection.

Shaun McNaulty, 33, of Camden, was issued a summons by S. Butler for failure to display current inspection.

Todd Lee, 33, of Searsmont, was issued a summons by Officer Paul Thompson for failure to display current inspection.

Christopher Mogan, 61, of Rockland, was arrested by Thompson for operating under the influence and a summons for improper passing of emergency service vehicle using lights.

Jan. 8

Brian Keuneke, 35, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Mark Bennett for operator possessing an open alcoholic container on public way.

Jan. 12

Gavin Decker Griffith, 21, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Thompson for unregistered vehicle greater than 150 days and failure to provide evidence of insurance.

Jan. 18

Elise Chiavon, 30, of Searsmont, was issued a summons by Detective Curt Andrick for operating after suspension.

Daniel Foley, 51, of Portland, was issued a summons by S. Butler for attaching false plates and failure to produce insurance.  

Jan. 25

Nigel Belote, 27, of Belfast, was issued a summons by S. Butler for operating without a license and failure to display inspection.
