Chowder Night at Williams-Brazier Post 37 in Thomaston

Saturday, September 19, 2026 - 05:00 pmOn September 19, 2026, beginning at 5 p.m., the Williams-Brazier Post 37 will host another special supper for the local veterans and community. This supper will be a Chowder Night, a duo Seafood Chowder and Corn Chowder.
The Corn Chowder is at the request of some of the guests from the August baked bean supper with seafood allergies, according to Post 37, in a news release.
"Both chowders will be equally delicious," said Post 37.
The seafood chowder will consist of baby clams, bay scallops, shrimp, and haddock.
The corn chowder will have plenty of corn.
Both chowders will have the following: Diced Potato, Bacon, Sauteed Onions, along with Rolls, Dessert, Coffee/Water.
Costs: Adults, $15; Teens, $10; Under 12, Free.
