Heather N. Joshua Martin, 45, of Winterport, domestic violence assault in Winterport July 3, 2025, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Winterport July 3, 2025, dismissed.
Kyle Downs, 33, of Knox, unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Belfast Sept. 21, 2025, dismissed.
Joshua Sykes, 47, of Jackson, failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Jackson Sept. 21, 2025, six months in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Jackson Feb. 22, 30 days in jail and $400 fine; two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled in Jackson Aug. 18, 2025, and in Jackson March 24; count one, nine months in jail and $400 fine; count two, five years in prison with all but nine months suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine; failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry in Jackson Jan. 12, six months in jail.

Joseph Burdette, 44, of Liberty, operating after habitual offender revocation in Liberty Feb. 1, nine months one day in jail and $1,000 fine; violating a condition of release in Liberty Feb. 1, 30 days in jail.
Nicole S. MacMillan, 29, of Winthrop, operating under the influence in Searsmont Feb. 28, license suspended for 150 days and $1,000 fine.
Jason D. Ames, 41, of Jackson, operating while license suspended or revoked in Jackson Jan. 4, dismissed; failing to make an oral or written accident report in Jackson Jan. 4, $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Jackson Jan. 4, dismissed.
Lisa Paige, 60, of Searsport, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast March 31 and April 1; count one, two years in prison with all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation, and $436.89 restitution; count two, 90 days in jail.
Alektra A. Lovely, 20, of Rumford, domestic violence assault in Swanville May 30, dismissed.
