Heather N. Leblanc, 40, of Belmont, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast July 16, 2024, 30 days in jail;  probation violation in Brooks May 21, 2025, nine months in jail and probation revoked; operating under the  influence in Belmont June 3, 2025, 30 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Belmont June 3, 2025, 30 days in jail; four counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belmont Oct. 23, count one, dismissed; count two, 30 days in jail and $400 fine; counts three and four, 30 days in jail for each count; violating a condition of release in Belmont Oct. 23, 30 days in jail; unlawful possession of cocaine in Belfast Nov. 12,  three years in prison with all suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Nov. 12, $400 fine for each count; violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 12, unconditional discharge; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Swanville April 6, nine months in jail and $400 fine; unlawful possession of cocaine in Swanville April 6, nine months in jail; violating a condition of release in Swanville April 6, 30 days in jail; trafficking in prison contraband in Belfast April 6, nine months in jail; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Belfast April 6, nine months in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast April 6, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Swanville March 31, 30 days in jail. 

Joshua Martin, 45, of Winterport, domestic violence assault in Winterport July 3, 2025, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Winterport July 3, 2025, dismissed.

Kyle Downs, 33, of Knox, unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Belfast Sept. 21, 2025, dismissed.

Joshua Sykes, 47, of Jackson, failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Jackson Sept. 21, 2025, six months in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Jackson Feb. 22, 30 days in jail and $400 fine; two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled in Jackson Aug. 18, 2025, and in Jackson March 24; count one, nine months in jail and $400 fine; count two, five years in prison with all but nine months suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine; failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry in Jackson Jan. 12, six months in jail.

Darren Moulton, 60, of Searsport, domestic violence assault in Searsport Dec. 15, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended and one year of probation; endangering the welfare of a child in Searsport Dec. 15, 30 days in jail.

Michael J. Goulart, 42, of Belfast, aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs in Belfast Jan. 23, dismissed; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Belfast Jan. 23, dismissed.

Joseph Burdette, 44, of Liberty, operating after habitual offender revocation in Liberty Feb. 1, nine months one day in jail and $1,000 fine; violating a condition of release in Liberty Feb. 1, 30 days in jail. 

Nicole S. MacMillan, 29, of Winthrop, operating under the influence in Searsmont Feb. 28, license suspended for 150 days and $1,000 fine. 

Jason D. Ames, 41, of Jackson, operating while license suspended or revoked in Jackson Jan. 4, dismissed; failing to make an oral or written accident report in Jackson Jan. 4, $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Jackson Jan. 4, dismissed.

Lisa Paige, 60, of Searsport, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast March 31 and April 1; count one, two years in prison with all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation, and $436.89 restitution; count two, 90 days in jail.

Alektra A. Lovely, 20, of Rumford, domestic violence assault in Swanville May 30, dismissed.
