Join us as we celebrate the beauty of the flowering world around us. In this class you'll work with various plants, pounding out the color from these plants and eventually creating your own floral design on a muslin tote bag. You'll learn which plants reveal great color and which plants will surprise you in the color they produce. Please bring in your own flowers to use in this class making sure the flowers are kept in water or soaked in wet paper towels to keep them from drying out.  Also bring a hammer to use to pound out color. This will be a noisy class and the instructor will bring ear plugs (for those who would like to use them) and everything else for this class. There is a $10.00 materials fee payable to the instructor before class starts.

The cost of the class is $25 for non-members and $20 for members.  Please call Merryspring at 207-236-2239 to register. Class size is limited to 12 students.  

Materials fee of $10 per student will be collected in class.

Please meet in the Ross Visitor's Center at 8:45am to start at 9am.  Parking is available in the upper and lower parking lots.
