Waldo County Sheriff's beat
BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity March 28 - April 14.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
March 28
Thomas C. Edgecomb, 35, of Belfast, was issued a summons for possession of a schedule W drug on School Street in Unity.
April 4
Mandy Everett, 38, of Rockland, was arrested for two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Stockton Springs.
April 5
Joshua Bither, 34, of Troy, was charged with two counts of operating under the influence on Bagley Hill Road in Troy.
April 6
Heather Leblanc, 39, of Belmont, was arrested for possession of a schedule W drug and violating a condition of release in Belfast. Leblanc was also issued summonses for trafficking in prison contraband and violating a condition of release on Public Safety Way.
April 7
Joshua Waldron, 39, of Monroe, was arrested for domestic violence assault in Monroe.
April 9
Gabriel Tait, 19, of Holden, was issued a summons for speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit on Route 3 in Belfast.
April 10
Kevin Skillings, 29, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for domestic violence terrorizing with a dangerous weapon on on Windy Hill Lane in Frankfort.
