Waldo County Sheriff's beat
BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Jan. 4-20.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Jan. 4
Andrew Riley, 37, of Swanville, was arrested for operating under the influence on E. Main Street in Monroe.
Jan. 9
Timothy G. Daley Jr., 44, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on N. Searsport Road in Swanville.
Jan. 13
Seth Hall, 32, of Winterport, was arrested for domestic violence aggravated assault and two counts of violating a condition of release on N. Main Street in Winterport.
Jan. 17
Noah Rosen, 34, of Union, was arrested for domestic violence criminal threatening, endangering the welfare of a child, and obstructing the report of a crime on Back Belmont Road in Belfast.
