BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Dec. 6 - Jan. 14.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Dec. 6

Jared E. Hansen, 47, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Route 3 in Palermo. 

Jan. 1

Joshua Ellison, 33, of Swanville, was arrested for criminal operating under the influence and operating without a license on Swan Lake Ave in Swanville. 

Jan. 4

Mark Burnett-Tubbs, 41, of Morrill, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Center Road in Montville June 6. 

Jan. 6

Brandon Jewett, 38, of Woodland Park, Colorado, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of schedule W drugs on Route 3 in Liberty.
