BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Dec. 4-17.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Dec. 4

Shawn Marshall, 80, of Penobscot, was arrested for operating under the influence and failure to report a crash by quickest means on Cape Jellison Road in Stockton Springs.

Dec. 9

Ray Hubbard, 65, of Unity, was arrested for domestic violence assault in Unity. 

Dec. 10

Jeffrey Todd, 59, of Belmont, was arrested for domestic violence assault in Belmont. 

Dec. 13

Michael J. Hardy, 28, of Dixmont, was issued a summons for attachment of false plates.
