BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Sept. 27 - Oct. 15
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Sept. 27
Travis Bennett, 51, of Islesboro, was arrested for domestic violence terrorizing, refusing to submit to arrest or detention on McKay Road in Lincolnville.
Sept. 30
Helen Henriksen-Schuler, 60, of Swanville, was issued a summons for domestic violence assault on Brook Road in Swanville.
Oct. 2
Xavier S. Towne, 21, of Winterport, was issued a summons for operating while license suspended on Main Street in Winterport.
Oct. 4
Jesse Athorp, 42, of Swanville, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Oak Hill Road in Swanville.
Oct. 6
Michael W. Eaton, 47, of Burnham, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on School Street in Unity.
Clyde Potter, 39, of Monroe, was arrested for terrorizing on Back Brooks Road in Monroe.
