BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Aug. 18-24.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Sept. 23

Garrett Crabtree, 20, of Belmont, was arrested for failure to appear in Belfast. 

Robert T. Dawson, 36, of Searsmont, was issued summonses for failure to comply with the Sex Offender National Registry Act and violating a condition of release on Route 131 in Searsmont.
