BELFAST— The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity July 29 - Aug. 16.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

July 29

Felicia Moulton, 36, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Main Street in Winterport. 

July 31

Dean Philbrick, 38, of Monroe, was arrested for criminal operating under the influence, criminal mischief, driving to endanger, and speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit on Campground Road in Searsport.

Aug. 2

Jason Trefethen, 47, of Winterport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Bangor Road in Prospect. 

Aug. 14

Joseph Walsh, 29, of Kingston, New Hampshire, was arrested for domestic violence terrorizing, domestic violence criminal threatening, and criminal mischief in Liberty.
