BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Aug. 2-15.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Aug. 2

Eric Dupray, 52, of Winterport, was arrested for criminal operating under the influence, criminal trespass, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Stream Road in Winterport.

Aug. 4

Casey W. O’Donnell, 40, of Bucksport, was issued a summons for speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit on Route 3 in Unity.

Aug. 9

Brian M. Hybers, 34, of Augusta, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Augusta Road.
