BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Feb. 17-22. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Feb. 18

Donald J. Knowlton, 29, of Swanville, was issued a summons for violating a protective order on Stevens Road in Swanville. 

Feb. 20

John Seidl, 26, of Liberty, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Route 1A in Winterport. 

Mason Hurd, 25, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle on Poors Mill Road in Belfast. 

Feb. 22

Ronald Green, 30, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Smart Road in Belfast. 

Timothy Helmandollar, 32, of Bangor, was issued summonses for domestic violence assault and violating conditions of release on George Road in Prospect.
