BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity May 26 - June 10. 

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

May 26

Andrew Goguen, 26, of Monroe, was arrested for operating under the influence on Stream Road in Frankfort.

June 4

Jason G. McAllister, 40, of Brooks, was arrested for burglary on Harris Road in Stockton Springs.

Zacharia Herbest, 32, was arrested for burglary, possession of a schedule W drug, and criminal trespass on Harris Road in Stockton Springs. 

June 5

Randy S. Elwell, 26, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Swan Lake Ave. in Swanville. 

June 6

Trista Melia, 30, of Dover Foxcroft, was issued summonses for operating after habitual offender revocation and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Bangor Road in Prospect. 

June 7

Gregory R. Corey, 45, of Winterport, was arrested for obstructing government administration on Fox Run Court in Winterport.
