Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court March 28 - April 2.
Katina M. Paquette, 52, of China, three counts of criminal trespass in Palermo Nov. 20, 2023, and June 8, June 6, all dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Palermo June 8, dismissed; burglary in Palermo June 8, dismissed; two counts of violating a condition of release in Palermo July 25, and July 26, both dismissed; theft by unauthorized use of property in Palermo July 26, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Palermo July 26, dismissed; failing to stop for an officer in Palermo July 26, dismissed.
Trista M. Melia, 30, of Sullivan, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Prospect June 6, 30 days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation in Prospect June 6, 30 days in jail and $500 fine.
Darren E. Corbett, 51, of Lincolnville, operating an unregistered ATV in Lincolnville Jan. 18, $200 fine.
Larry N. Dyer, 30, of Belmont, violating snowmobile noise level in Unity Feb. 22, $200 fine.
Samuel Levesque, 22, of Liberty, violating snowmobile noise level in Unity Feb. 22, $200 fine.
