BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court June 10-16. 

Patrick J. Conlon, 20, of Morrill, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor in Morrill Oct. 31, 2020, dismissed.

Allison E. Moss, 23, of Hampden, operating under the influence in Winterport Jan. 19, 2021, dismissed. 

Lacey V. Lawrence, 28, of Belmont, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Dec. 3, 2020, 30 days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 3, 2020, 30 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast May 19, 2021, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast May 19, 2021, 30 days in jail. 

Corey Deschamps, 21, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast March 4, 2021, dismissed; operating without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Belfast March 4, 2021, $150 fine; driving to endanger in Belfast March 5, 2021, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine. 

Jason M. Howie, 33, of Searsmont, domestic violence assault in Searsport March 20, 2021, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Searsmont March 20, 2021, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Searsmont May 7, 2021, dismissed; violating a condition of release (two counts) in Belfast Sept. 11, and Oct. 2, both dismissed. 

James C. Hughes, 41, of Augusta, domestic violence assault in Searsmont April 27, 2021, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Searsmont April 27, 2021, unconditional discharge.

Bradley Fraser, 41, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Searsport March 27, 2021, dismissed; driving to endanger in Searsport March 27, 2021, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.

Raymond Bowman, 55, of Palermo, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Palermo April 9, 2021, four days in jail and $400 fine. 

Tylor Curtis, 22, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast April 23, 2021, dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast April 23, 2021, dismissed; driving to endanger in Belfast April 23, 2021, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine. 

Francis Richardson III, 27, of Morrill, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Morrill June 4, 2021, 72 hours in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Morrill June 4, 2021, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Morrill June 4, 2021, dismissed. 

Sharon A. McKee, 58, of Morrill, operating under the influence in Knox April 3, 2021, dismissed; driving to endanger in Knox April 3, 2021, 30 days in jail and $500 fine. 

Casey E. Flagg, 28, of Belfast, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Belfast Sept. 27, dismissed.

Monica Hodgdon, 19, of Troy, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Jackson Aug. 21, dismissed.

Ian J. Campbell, 31, of Montville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Montville July 8, $150 fine and $495 restitution.

Abigael Harriman, 29, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Oct. 18, dismissed. 

William Flanders, 63, of Northport, operating under the influence in Northport Feb. 5, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine. 

Charles I. Haskins, 26, of Swanville, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor in Swanville Feb. 12, $500 fine. 

Kristopher S. Johnson, 47, of Liberty,  violating a protection from abuse order in Montville June 8, 24 hours in jail and $100 fine.

Steven Kenney, 44, of Searsport, commercial shellfishing without a license in Stockton Springs March 8, $100 fine.  

Roland J. Allison III, 65, of Stockton Springs, commercial shellfishing without a license in Stockton Springs March 8, $100 fine.
