BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court March 6-12.
Damien L. Ingraham, 43, of Knox, probation violation in Unity Jan. 13, 2022, probation partially revoked and continued, no sentence imposed.
Emily Cohen, 30, of Asheville, North Carolina, operating under the influence in Liberty Jan. 15, 2022, dismissed; driving to endanger in Liberty Jan. 15, 2022, dismissed; reckless conduct in Liberty Jan. 15, 2022, $1,000 fine.
Branden D. Spencer, 25, of Knox, probation violation in Brooks Feb. 6, 2023, nine months in jail and probation partially revoked.
Adam E. Ratterree, 43, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast July 24, 2023, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belmont July 24, 2023, $250 fine.
Kaylee Pooler, 27, of Waterville, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Palermo Sept. 27, 2022, dismissed; criminal conspiracy in Palermo Oct. 7, 2022, one year in prison with all suspended and two years of probation.
Joshua A. Adams, 28, of Unity driving to endanger in Brooks Nov. 27, 2023, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.
Cory Barter, 40, of West Gardiner, unlawful possession of cocaine base in Belfast March 9, 2024, 90 days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast March 9, 2024, 30 days in jail.
Amanda J. Ryan, 40, of Monroe, operating under the influence in Brooks June 4, dismissed; endangering the welfare of a child in Brooks June 4, dismissed; driving to endanger in Brooks June 4, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.
Thomas Scott, 33, of Knox, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Knox June 18, 364 days in jail with all but 75 days suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine.
Jason L. Brewster, 42, of Unity, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Unity July 20, 90 days in jail and $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Unity Nov. 1, 90 days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Unity Nov. 1, 10 days in jail.
Scott Young, 37, of Monroe, operating under the influence in Brooks Aug. 29, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Brooks Aug. 29, 24 hours in jail.
Michael Grindrod, 19, of Monroe, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit Knox June 28, dismissed.
Jade Thomas, 28, of Belfast, unauthorized dissemination of private images in Belfast May 31, $500 fine.
Matthew L. Ayotte, 46, of Milo, domestic violence assault in Lincolnville Oct. 11, dismissed.
Jacob P. Ortiz, 27, of South Hill, Virginia, operating a vehicle without a license in Unity Jan. 4, $150 fine.
Benjamin Copeland, 25, of Unity, three counts of keeping a dangerous dog in Unity Oct. 5, $250 fine for each count; three counts of allowing a dog to be at large in Unity Oct. 5, $100 fine for count one, counts two and three dismissed; three counts of violating rabies prevention (chapter 720) in Unity Oct. 5, $100 fine for count one, counts two and three dismissed.
Michaela Copeland, 23, of Unity, three counts of keeping a dangerous dog in Unity Oct. 5, $250 fine count one, counts two and three dismissed; three counts of allowing a dog to be at large in Unity Oct. 5, $100 fine for count one, counts two and three dismissed; three counts of violating rabies prevention (chapter 720) in Unity Oct. 5, all dismissed.
