Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Nov. 12-18. 

    Michael A. Ripley, 30, of Belfast, unlawful possession of cocaine base in Belfast July 24, 2018, three years in prison with all but six months suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine.

    Scott Prior, 34, of Jackson, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Jackson March 26, 2019, dismissed. 

    Carlton Elliot, 32, of Augusta, criminal mischief in Stockton Springs Aug. 10, 2020, 21 days in jail; violating a protection from abuse order in Stockton Springs Oct. 11, 2020, 364 days in jail with all but six months suspended and one year of probation; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Oct. 11, 2020, 21 days in jail; violating a protection from abuse order in Stockton Springs Oct. 15, 21 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Oct. 15, 21 days in jail.

    Barbara I. Bouchard, 50, of Bucksport, domestic violence assault in Troy Nov. 24, 2020, dismissed. 

    Giuliana S. Hantz, 29, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts) in Belfast Nov. 12, 2020, Nov. 18, 2020, and Nov. 21, 2020, all dismissed. 

    Matthew Meszaros, 30, of Bangor, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Dec. 31, $100 fine.

    Cristin R. Harvey, 31, of Knox, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast March 4, 364 days in jail with all suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine; criminal mischief in Searsport Dec. 30, $300 restitution; trafficking in prison contraband in Belfast April 27, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast April 27, 119 days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast April 27, 48 hours in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast July 17, 119 days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast July 17, 48 hours in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Jackson May 25, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Jackson May 25, 48 hours in jail; use of drug paraphernalia in Jackson May 25, dismissed.. 

    Karen M. Walton, 54, of Appleton, operating under the influence (involving injury or death) in Belmont April 25, five years in prison with all but nine months suspended, two years of probation, license suspended for 10 years, registration suspended, and $2,100 fine; violating a condition of release in Belmont April 25, 90 days in jail. 

    Susan M. Winchenbach, 73, of Searsmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Morrill April 17, $250 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belmont May 23, dismissed.

    Tara L. Watson, 32, of Oakland, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Unity June 9, dismissed. 

    Joey R. Doyon, 40, of Frankfort, aggravated assault in Frankfort June 13, dismissed. 

    Robert Hunt, 64, of Rochester, New Hampshire, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Waldo County Sept. 12, dismissed; illegal transportation of scheduled drugs in Waldo County Sept. 12, six months in jail and $400 fine. 

    Shawn Kelley, 34, of Unity, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Unity Oct. 11, $100 fine.

    Timothy A. Mello, 41, of Orrington, criminal mischief in Stockton Springs Oct. 10, 45 days in jail and $210 restitution; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Oct. 24, 45 days in jail;. violating a protection from abuse order (two counts) in Stockton Springs Nov. 2, 45 days in jail for each count; violating a protection from abuse order in Stockton Springs Nov. 9, 45 days in jail; violating a condition of release (two counts) in Stockton Springs Nov. 9, 45 days in jail for each count.. 

    Andrew Gould, 19, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license in Morrill Aug. 23, $100 fine; minor consuming liquor in Belfast Sept. 12, $200 fine.

    Dakota D. Hustus, 24, of Winterport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast July 26, $250 fine. 

    Zachary Pallotta, 19, of Montville, minor consuming liquor in Belfast Sept. 12, $200 fine. 

    Wyatt Lucas, 18, of Belfast, minor consuming liquor in Belfast Sept. 12, $200 fine.
