The Peace and Justice Group of Waldo County will present the second half of the film From Ground Zero, Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 6 pm, at the Belfast Free Library.

An award winning film produced by Michael Moore, From Ground Zero is a collection of stories from 22 Palestinian filmmakers who capture their lives in Gaza amidst war.

"These short films moved us deeply in April, as we continue to witness the enduring spirit and creativity that emerges in Palestine even during ongoing destruction," said the Group, in a news release. "Join us to honor their work, continue to Nourish the resistance."
