    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Sept. 17-23.

    Desiree V. Gerrior, 40, of Northport, attaching false plates in Belfast July 18, 2020, 48 hours in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast July 18, 2020, 48 hours in jail and $250 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast July 18, 2020, three years in prison with all but three months suspended, $400 fine, and $600 restitution; violating a condition of release in Waldo Sept. 1, 2020, 30 days in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Waldo Oct. 8, 30 days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Waldo Oct. 8, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 11, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Waldo April 10, 30 days in jail. 

    Jason D. Trefethen, 43, of Stockton Springs, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Stockton Springs April 8, 2020, unconditional discharge; domestic violence assault in Stockton Springs April 8, dismissed.

    Hunter Brown, 20, of Canaan, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Troy March 14, 48 hours in jail; motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Palermo April 4, 48 hours in jail. 

    Elizabeth M. Kilby, 40, of Belfast, unlawful possession of heroin in Belfast Feb. 4, four months in jail and $400 fine unlawful possession of cocaine in Belfast Feb. 4, dismissed; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belfast Feb. 4, dismissed. 

    Richard Duffy, 56, of Unity, keeping a dangerous dog in Unity Aug. 3, $200 fine; keeping an unlicensed dog in Unity Aug. 3, $50 fine; violation of rabies prevention in Unity Aug. 3, $50 fine.
