The Rockport Opera House is noncompliant with The Americans with Disability Act of 1990 (ADA). I will not go into the many deficiencies of the Opera House. I urge the Town Manager to have the building inspected for compliance by a person trained in the law.

The last time my wife and I attended a program the problems were evident. I spoke to the Opera House director about them and seriously considered filing a complaint. Modifications to the structure require ADA compliance..
