Peter Alsop, of Tenderwild Farm in Rockport, will be the featured speaker at the Rockport Garden Club's next meeting, Thursday, June 4, at 12:30 p.m., at West Rockport Baptist Church, 545 Park St., West Rockport.
Alsop will present “A Natural Way of Farming: Ecological Methods for Exceptional Crops.” He will discuss long-term land stewardship, building healthy soil, and working with natural systems. He will also share how these practices translate to home gardens and how to grow great tomatoes.
