Four Oceanside Mariners scored in double figures and the hosts went on to defeat the visiting Boothbay Region Seahawks, 69-52, in schoolboy basketball action in Rockland Wednesday night, Feb. 10.

The game was close through the first half, with the Mariners holding a six-point lead, 28-22, at halftime. Oceanside increased its lead to 13 after three quarters and held off Boothbay for the victory.

Everett Allyn led Oceanside with 20 points, followed by Kam Kingsbury with 15 (four 3-pointers), Elliot Lucier with 14 and Bodhi Ames with 12.

Ben Pearce led Boothbay with 21 points while fellow senior Sullivan Rice added 19, including three 3-pointers.
