WALDOBORO — The Challenger Baseball Division of Medomak Little League is planning its 2022 season.

All children residing in the Midcoast are eligible to join the Challenger Division, which is designed to meet the needs of children with physical and intellectual disabilities.

The league is also looking to increase its volunteer base to help facilitate a safe and fun environment, for all participants. Volunteers of all ages are encouraged to share in this rewarding and fun opportunity.

Anyone interested in playing or volunteering with this year's team, is invited to Challenger Field Day at 1 p.m. on Sunday, August 14, at Clyde Sukeforth Field, and the Waldoboro Recreation Complex, on West Main Street in Waldoboro.
