Knox County Girl Scouts Sister Troops 1451 and 191 went for a few adventures this summer! Troops planned each day carefully, thinking about their budgets, their troop sisters' needs, and what they were ready to conquer! It’s not just a cookie; every box purchased, donated, and snacked on helped bring these girls all across the country! So, we thank you, our community, for your support. 

Daisies and Brownies took a trip to Funtown for a day of adventure, sisterhood, and exploration! They practiced budgeting, planning, and packing for this fun-filled day trip.

Juniors and Cadettes learned how to plan a full weekend excursion that included activities, mapping, budgeting, and trying new foods! 

The excursion began with a very early morning drive to Polar Caves Park in Rumney, NH to explore centuries old natural caves followed by a visit to Living Shores Aquarium in Glen, NH.

The next day, the troop went to nearby Story Land for another full day adventure. They explored New England to celebrate their hard work during Cookie Season!

Cadettes, Seniors, Ambassadors, and Lifetime Members attended the Girl Scout National Convention in Washington D.C. July 20-25 for a powerful week of governance, connection, celebration, and inspiration. They were among 10,000 other Girl Scouts and Leaders.

The troop traveled to Washington, DC, visited the famous portrait of our founder, Juliette Gordon Low, and celebrated the highest achievement in Girl Scouting, the Gold Award.

Each girl sitting in the G.O.L.D. are up and coming Gold Award Girl Scouts and the girls and leader in between them have earned their Gold Award or are almost finished! We love celebrating their achievement in leadership!
