Isaiah Berry, 39, of St. George, assault in an emergency room, three counts, in Rockport Dec. 22, 2023, all dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words and gestures in Rockport Dec. 22, 2023, 154 days in jail; assault, three counts, in Rockport Dec. 22, 2023, $900 in total fines with fines suspended, 154 days in jail; assault in Rockland Oct. 6, 2025, $300 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 102 days suspended, probation one year; violating condition of release in Rockland Oct. 6, 2025, 90 days in jail; aggravated criminal mischief in St. George Aug. 14, 2025, dismissed; violating condition of release and criminal mischief both in St. George Aug. 14, 2025, 155 days in jail.

Timothy L. Benner, 58, of Waldoboro, attaching false plates in Rockland Aug. 24, 2025, $150 fine.

Matthew Nathaniel Boegel, 27, of Rockland, driving to endanger in Hope Aug. 22, 2025, dismissed; failing to stop for an officer in Hope Aug. 22, 2025, 30 days in jail.

Steven Clarke, 61, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland July 2, 2025, dismissed.

Matthew A. Dubois, 49, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), with one prior, in Rockland Dec. 12, 2024, $700 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended three years.

Nathan Edgcomb, 70, of Rockland, operating vehicle without license in St. George June 11, 2025, $100 fine; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Rockland May 22, 2025, $250 fine.

Andre P. Elbreisus, 44, of Belfast, gross sexual assault in Rockland Nov. 6, 2022, seven days in jail.

Noah Daniel Fetteroli, 18, of Rockland, driving to endanger in Rockland July 17, 2025, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Steven Jackson, 41, of Waldoboro, domestic violence terrorizing in Union April 6, 2025, $400 fine.

Duane D. Mackie, 62, of Waldoboro, theft of services in Waldoboro July 21, 2025, $100 fine, restitution of $200.

Kayla Marie Naum, 25, of Camden, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Aug. 2, 2025, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Benjamin Porter, 37, of Warren, domestic violence assault in Warren June 1, 2025, 364 days in jail with all but 60 days suspended, probation two years; violating condition of release in Warren Nov. 29, 2025, 60 days in jail; domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal threatening both in Warren Nov. 29, 2025, 364 days in jail with all but 60 days suspended, probation two years.

Adam J. Rickett, 41, of Waldoboro, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Thomaston Aug. 3, 2025, $400 fine, all suspended; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Warren May 27, 2025, $400 fine, restitution of $154.80; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, four counts, in Warren May 28, 2025, May 31, 2025, June 1, 2025, and June 3, 2025, $400 fine all suspended.

Jake B. Traylor, 26, of Westport Island, driving to endanger in Rockland Jan. 26, 2025, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Clifton Robert Wallace, 48, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Owls Head March 17, 2021, $100 fine all suspended, restitution of $1,175, unconditional discharge; trafficking in prison contraband, two counts, in Rockland Jan. 27, 2022, both dismissed; criminal mischief in Rockland Jan. 27, 2022, dismissed.

Travis J. Wyman, 24, of Warren, violating condition of release in Rockland April 24, 2025, $200 fine.
