Dillan S. Cushman, 35, of Port Clyde, raising or hauling traps during closed period in Port Clyde Aug. 19, 2025, $250 fine.
Ashley M. Deahl, 36, of Waldoboro, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Dec. 27, 2025, dismissed; violating condition of release in Rockland Dec. 27, 2025, 24 hours in jail.

Justin R. Flagg, 36, of Belgrade, failure to register vehicle in Camden Oct. 15, 2025, unconditional discharge.
Danielle R. Gilchrest, 36, of Friendship, allowing minor to operate all-terrain vehicle in violation in Friendship Sept. 20, 2025, $100 fine.
Timothy Gleason, 19, of Cushing, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland April 26, 2025, 364 days in jail, probation one year, restitution $150.
Joshua R. Glidden, 40, of Waldoboro, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, in Warren May 27, 2025, two years in jail with all but 60 days suspended, probation two years, restitution $76.80; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, in Warren May 30, 3025, May 31, 2025, June 1, 2025, June 2, 2025, and July 9, 2025, 60 days in jail; criminal trespass in Warren July 9, 2025, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, six counts, in Warren May 27, 2025-June 9, 2025, 30 days in jail.
Sidney W. Harris, 40, of Vinalhaven, violating condition of release in Rockland Oct. 16, 2025, 30 days in jail.
Jaime A. Hopkins, 49, of Cushing, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Cushing Oct. 9, 2025, dismissed.
Samuel Lash, 39, of Friendship. untagged lobster traps, Chapter 25, on Monhegan Aug. 31, 2025, $300 fine.
Charles Libby, 35, of Spruce Head, violating condition of release in St. Goerge Oct. 2, 2025, $200 fine all suspended; driving to endanger in St. George Oct. 2, 2025, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.
Brandon Maddocks, 31, of Washington, operating under the influence (drugs or combination) in Rockland July 8, 2025, $500 fine, four days in jail, license suspended 150 days.
Zachery T. McInnis, 26, of Somerville, operating under the influence (alcohol) in St. George Oct. 26, 2025, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.
Evan McNally, 20, of Warren, violating condition of release in Warren Oct. 28, 2025, $100 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force in Warren Oct. 28, 2025, $100 fine.
Daniel H. Mitchell, 20, of Rockport, criminal mischief in Rockland Oct. 25, 2023, guilty, probation continued, no sentence imposed; criminal trespass in Rockland April 9, 2024, $250 fine all suspended; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland May 22, 2024, $250 fine and restitution $18.99.
Kenneth E. Nichols, 61, of Union, assault in Union Oct. 5, 2025, dismissed.
Donald A. Nickles Jr., 57, of Owls Head, taking, selling and possessing egg-bearing lobster in Owls Head Oct. 3, 2025, dismissed.
Devin V. Ranquist, 39, of South Thomaston, burning prohibited material and burning without a permit both in Rockland Aug. 7, 2025, 24 hours in jail.
Tina Marie Suchecki, 51, of Casco, operating after registration suspended in Owls Head Sept. 29, 2025, dismissed.
Terrence Wallace, 30, of Warren, assault in Warren Feb. 27, 2025, dismissed; assault in Warren Feb. 27, 2025, six months in prison.
Charles Whitehouse, 65, of Rockland, outdoor burning violation in Rockport Nov. 13, 2025, $100 fine, restitution $852.72; burning prohibited material in Rockport Nov. 13, 2025, $100 fine.
