Douglas P. Frost Jr., 59, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and unsworn falsification both in Rockland Feb. 16, 2024, both dismissed.
Alexa G. Hallowell, 22, of Rockland, operating under the influence (drugs or combination) in Rockland Dec. 19, 2020, $500 fine, license suspension 150 days; violating condition of release in St. George Feb. 10, 2021, 24 hours jail.
Frank G. Harford, Sr., of Rockport, violating condition of release in Rockland Feb. 9, 2023, dismissed.
Christopher D. Hooper, 46, Thomaston, probation violation on original conviction of domestic violence assault in Thomaston Feb. 18, 2024, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued, restitution $5,000.
Nicholai Kotsimpulos Jr., 29, of Lewiston, trafficking or furnishing imitation scheduled drug in Thomaston Aug. 22, 2018 in Thomaston, $400 fine, 90 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, administrative release six months.
Emma Lichtman, 34, of Rockland, domestic violence criminal threatening in Rockland Aug. 1, 2023, $250 fine; criminal threatening in Rockland Aug. 1, 2023, $250 fine all suspended; domestic violence terrorizing and terrorizing both in Rockland Aug. 1, 2023, both dismissed.
Nicholas A. Blair Macleod, 38, of Matinicus, violation of gear rule, Chapter 75, on Matinicus March 10, 2025, $250 fine.
Owen McIntosh, 19, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Sept. 28, 2024, dismissed.
Ronald Philbrook, 67, of Warren, disturbing political signs in Warren Oct. 22, 2024, $100 fine.
Jacob P. Philip, 33, of Rockland, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockland Dec. 4, 2024, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Dec. 4, 2024, $400 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 21 days suspended, probation one year.
Joseph William Ritchison Jr., 48, of Augusta, reckless conduct in Warren Oct. 6, 2022, $500 fine.
Zachary F. Rogers, 44, of Hope, theft and home repair fraud in Camden March 20, 2024. The state and defense approved a deferred disposition agreement stating that if Rogers pleaded guilty to the charges and meets the conditions of the agreement for the next 12 months, the home repair fraud charge will be dismissed and a felony theft charge will be lowered to misdemeanor theft and he would be sentenced to 90 days in jail. Rogers is ordered to undergo counseling and pay restitution of $4,427 to the victim.
According to an affidavit filed in Knox County Court by the Camden Police Department, Rogers accepted a check for $4,227 from a woman in Camden as a deposit for remodeling her bathroom. Police said that Rogers immediately cashed the check. The homeowner was then unable to contact the man despite numerous attempts. The woman contacted Camden Police who were unable to reach him but requested that the Knox County Sheriff's Office stop by his home. Rogers then called to say he would contact the homeowner, and that he had spent some of the money and invested time in planning the project. Rogers failed to contact the woman and he was arrested by police.
Gabriel Ruiz, 25, of Warren, operating under the influence (alcohol), with one prior, in Rockland June 15, 2024, $700 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years, registration suspended; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force in Rockland June 15, 2024, 10 days in jail.
Logan M. Thompson, 25, of Union, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Camden April 5, 2024, $750 fine, license suspended 150 days.
Abbey E. Turner, 42, of Washington, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston July 23, 2024, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston July 23, 2024, 14 days in jail.
