Damion Lee Butterfield, 25, of Warren, assault on an officer in Warren, March 3, 2025, guilty.

Peyton E. Clark, 30, of Camden, violating a condition of release in Rockport Dec. 31, 2025, $500 fine.

Meghan D. Delaney, 39, of Camden, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Camden July 14, 2025, dismissed; criminal trespass in Camden July 14, 2025, $500 fine with fine all suspended; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Sept. 18, 2025, $500 fine with all of fine suspended, restitution of $611.42; violating condition of release in Rockland Sept. 18, 2025, $500 fine with all of fine suspended;

Georgianne Flynn, 35, of Warren, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Dec.7, 2024, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Nicole D. Caven Gardner, 37, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, in Warren, Jan. 20, 2026, guilty; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, and violating condition of release both in Rockland May 18, 2026, both guilty.

Scott L. Jones, 26, of Rockland, violating condition of release in Rockland Feb. 9, 2026, $500 fine

Nelson B. Keyser, 35, of Camden, operating after habitual offender revocation in Rockland March 6, 2026, $500 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force and failure to give correct name, address or date of birth in Rockland March 6, 2026, all guilty.

John W. Lavway Jr., 54, of Appleton, failing to make oral or written accident report in Appleton Sept. 13, 2025, $350 with all of the fine suspended; driving to endanger in Appleton Sept. 13, 2025, $575 fine; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident and failure to vehicle within 30 days both in Appleton Sept. 13, 2025, both dismissed.

Stephen Lord, 80, of Union, driving to endanger in Thomaston Jan. 16, 2026, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Glenn A. Main, 66, of Raymond, N.H., operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockland Nov. 10, 2025, $250 fine.

Pamela Maus, 77, of Owls Head, assault in Owls Head Nov. 7, 2024, $300 fine.

Bradley R. Philbrick, 27, of Palmyra, violating condition of release in Camden Feb. 8, 2026, $500 fine.

Amos A. Robbins, 46, of Rockland, probation violation of previous conviction of domestic violence assault, with priors, DV, in Rockland Sept. 28, 2028, four months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Adrick W. Roscoe, 40, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, in Rockland Oct. 29, 2025, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Nov. 5, 2025, 21 days in jail.

Thomas E. Sawyer, 28, of Warren, probation violation on a previous conviction of arson in Warren April 6, 2018, 45 months in jail, probation revoked; aggravated assault in Warren Oct. 16, 2025, six years in prison; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident in Warren May 18, 2025, seven days in jail; failing to make oral or written accident report in Warren May 18, 2025, dismissed.

David Swett, 22, of Chelsea, domestic violence assault in Warren Dec. 19, 2025, 180 days in jail with all but three days suspended, probation one year.

Harold R. Tarbox, 35, of Cushing, domestic violence assault, with priors, in Rockland July 28, 2025, dismissed; domestic violence assault July 28, 2025, 364 days in jail all suspended, probation two years.

Wentworth, 34, of Vinalhaven, unlawful possession of cocaine on Vinalhaven Oct. 30, 2024, $400 fine with all of the fine suspended; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder on Vinalhaven Oct. 30, 2024,, $400 fine with all of the fine suspended; operating after habitual offender revocation on Vinalhaven Oct. 30, 2024, $500 fine with all of the fine suspended; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating a condition of release both in Warren Dec. 17, 2024, both guilty; violating condition of release, three counts, all in Rockland on Feb. 16, 2025, May 1, 2025, and Dec. 9, 2025, all guilty; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockland Dec. 9, 2025, $400 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force in Rockland Dec. 9, 2025, guilty; unlawful possession and unlawful possession of fentanyl powder, both in Rockland Dec. 9, 2025, both dismissed.
