Nelson B. Keyser, 35, of Camden, operating after habitual offender revocation in Rockland March 6, 2026, $500 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force and failure to give correct name, address or date of birth in Rockland March 6, 2026, all guilty.

Lavway Jr., 54, of Appleton, failing to make oral or written accident report in Appleton Sept. 13, 2025, $350 with all of the fine suspended; driving to endanger in Appleton Sept. 13, 2025, $575 fine; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident and failure to vehicle within 30 days both in Appleton Sept. 13, 2025, both dismissed.
