The Homeowner Services Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing Midcoast Habitat for Humanity’s mission by guiding potential homeowners through the application process and supporting them throughout their homeownership journey. This position helps educate, assist, and empower individuals and families working toward affordable homeownership. Through our Aging in Place program, the Homeowner Services Coordinator will also serve as a primary contact for homeowners seeking safety, accessibility, or energy-efficiency improvements that help them remain in their homes longer.
