    Alejandro Lopez Hernandez, 34, of Providence, R.I., operating under the influence (alcohol), no test, in Rockland May 4, 2021, $800 fine, 96 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days; operating vehicle without license in Rockland May 4, 2021, dismissed.

    Raheem James, 27, of Machias, probation violations for previous convictions of burglary and criminal attempt, both in Rockland May 31, 2020, probation continued, no sentence imposed.

    Justin A. Luszczki, 37, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked (operating under the influence) in Rockland April 15, 2021 and May 13, 2021, $600 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended one year; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, in Rockland April 15, 2021, dismissed.

    Bonnie S. Tarr, 62, of Spruce Head, operating under the influence (alcohol) in South Thomaston July 21, 2020, dismissed; driving to endanger in Rockland July 21, 2020, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Michael Tassi, 28, of Rockland, violating condition of release in Camden July 7, 2020, 10 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Camden July 7, 2020, $400 fine, 10 days in jail.

    Chelsea R. Thompson, 31, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Sept. 3, 2021, $200 fine.

    Anthony E. Vandeventer, 24, of Warren, assault on an officer in Warren Feb. 8, 2020, unconditional discharge.

    Christopher G. Watson, 45, of Rockland, probation violation for a previous conviction of operating after habitual offender revocation, two priors, in Thomaston Dec. 31, 2017, six months in jail, probation partially revoked; operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, two years in jail with all but six months suspended, probation two years, $900 restitution; criminal mischief in Camden Dec. 13, 2020, 30 days in jail; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident in Camden Dec. 13, 2020, 30 days in jail.
