Join Coastal Mountains Land Trust and Maine Health’s Community Health program for a Happy Wanderers Hike, Thursday, July 3, at 10 a.m., at the Harkness Preserve in Rockport. All are welcome.

This hike explores a 1-mile loop trail with minimal elevation.

"We consider it one of our most gentle walking trails although there are roots on the trail," said CMLT, in a news release. "Hiking boots and plenty of water are encouraged."

Directions: From Camden, take Route 1 south, turning left onto Pascal Avenue. Turn right onto School Street, then turn right onto Spruce Street. About 100 yards up Spruce Street is the preserve parking, marked by a sign.
