Elderhood and Spirituality course offered through Rockland church
The First Universalist Church in Rockland is offering an 8-session class on Elderhood & Spirituality, starting Thursday, Oct. 2, from 10 a.m. - 12 noon.
During the 2-hour weekly sessions, participants will have the opportunity to explore their life journeys and elder consciousness. "All of us - from children on up - recognize that we are part of the process of aging," said the church.
This focus group, open to interested adults of all ages, invites participants to deepen their understanding of aging and elderhood.
Group size limited to 10 people.
